is this a good laptop for me?
im 13 years old going on 14 next month im looking for a laptop so i can buy one for my birthday, not really for gaming but just for stuff online like youtube, myspace, and aim and stuff… this is the full name of the laptop

so yeah please answer, oh and tell me if the specs are good for 350$ like speed and stuff currently im using a crappy 7 year old computer from when i was 6 so.. its got 318mb of ram..lol and a 3 year old video card so tell me if its better than that or not please..thanks, answer quick please?
well i’m no computer expert but anything on the market right now will be far better than something from 7 years ago. you should probably go to best best buy store and talk to one of the specialists there. from what i can tell you it look sufficient for what you’re planning on using it for.
since you aren’t looking to play games you might want to consider a netbook computer which is a laptop specifically for online browsing. they are cheaper than a normal laptop because they don’t need the power that is demanded of a gaming computer. however if you do intend to play games on it at all, with the exception of flash powered online games or computer solitare, you’re probably better off going for a standard notebook. again this is all stuff you can discuss with a best buy specialist and they can tell you what the best choice is for you in your price range.
and in reference to the answer that was posted about going to future shop, future shop is only in Canada and is actually owned by the Best Buy corperation.
