- Classroom environments
- Living in a Spanish speaking environment
Living in a Spanish speaking environment is a great way to learn but obviously not possible for many people. And you may have noticed that all of these options involve spending money. So are there any ways to learn Spanish for free. Of course there are ways but it wouldn’t necessarily be as effective as putting your hand in your pocket. This doesn’t mean you need to spend a lot and it doesn’t mean you need to spend anything right away.
There are many resources out there which enable you to grasp the basics for FREE. You may want to just start with basic phrases and words, and perhaps some numbers. If after getting the hang of these you decide “yeah, I’m liking Spanish, I want to start pushing my learning forward”, then might be the time to start thinking about some of the options about.
If you are quite flexible with your time you might decide to enrol in an in-classroom course. However, if like many you cannot commit to classes at set days and times then it’s probably worth looking at some of the other options. I would probably recommend either a combination of book and audio or perhaps look at a software option. Software options are becoming increasingly popular and their varied learning methods make them a great way of learning a language.
